Importence of Tea :-

Ek din me do bar chay(tea) pee jaye to isse hume kai prkar ke fayde hote hai.
Chay me antioxident hota hai jo hmare pratirodhk chmta badata hai.
Chay Cancer se ladne me bhi shayak hai.
Adarak,Tulsi,Pudine,Sahad,Nebu ya kam lekar ki chay pena labdhayak hota hai.
Diabitis wale logo ke liye Lemon tea behter hai 50 ml se jyada chai nahi pene chaiye.
Ek samany vyakti ko din me 300 ml chay hi pene chaiye.
Ek cup garm chay thandi raat me apkuo garmi deti hai or gale ke dard me rahat deti hai.
Chay vajan ko ghtane me bhi shayak hai.

Chay ke nuksan :-
Chay me bahut matra me Tenin paya jata hai aise me hum jab jyada chay pete hai to adhik matra me tenin hmare body me pahuchta hai.
Thairaid ke mariej agar jyada chay pete hai to dava unki body me obsorv nahi hoti hai.
Jo log medicien le rahe hai chay adhik pene se medicien ka labh kam milta hai.
Jyada chay pene se Acidity ho jati hai.

Adrak wali chay - (Ginger Tea )


Sardi me jin logo ko kaf, sardi-jukam jaise smasyae jyada hoti hai,unke liye Adhrak ki chay bahut faydemand hoti hai.
Adrak ki tasier garm hoti hai aur yah behtrin natural antiboitic hota hai.
Adrak me Antioxident bhurporr matra me hota hai.
Adrak ki chay pene se shrer ki prtirodhak chmta badti hai.
Thand me pratidin ek cup adrak wali chay ka sevan dil ke rogiyuo ke liye bahut faydemand hai. Isme Amenio acid hota hai jo body me rakt ke prvah ko thik rakhta hai. Isse dil ke doure, cariyuovskular bemariyuo, Stroke aur bad colestral ki ashanka kam karta hai.

Green Tea :- 

Sirf do cup chay 70-80 calori tak burn karti hai.
Green tea Tantrika Tantr ko utezit karke fat ko kam karne ki prakriya ko tej karti hai.
Ye multa Pet ki charbi ko kam karti hai.
Green Tea me catchein naam ka antioxident aur epegellocatchien naam ka yaugik paya jata hai, jo metabolism ki gati ko bhdakar fat ko burn karta hai aur bhook bhi kam karta hai.

Loung ki Chay - (Clove Tea) :-


Green Tea ki tulna me Loung ki chay is kam ko jyada prbhavkari rup se karti hai.
Ye semi frmented tea hoti hai aur isme jo polyfinal hota hai, vah shreer ki chyapchay dar ko bhdane me madad karta hai.
Ye colestrol ko kam karne ke sath sath fat ko burn karta hai.

Pudeena Chay - (Meant Tea) :-


Pudeena chay pachan shakti bdhakar vazan ghtane ki prkariya bdhane me madad karti hai.
Ye shreer me sugar level ko santulit rakhte hue metha khane ki icha ko kam karti hai.
Iski smell jyada khane ki icha ko marti hai.

Dalchini ki Chay - (Cinnamon Stick Tea) :-

Ye chay thodi masaldar jarurer hoti hai lekin khane ko jald hajm krvane me bahut madad karti hai.
Ye blood suger ke level ko santulit karne ke sath calori ko burn karti hai.
Isme adhik matra me polyfinal hone ke karan yah chyapchay dar ko bhdati hai.
